Generational Wellness is a nonprofit mental health organization seeking an Associate Therapist who enjoys working with children and teens. We’re looking for a warm, engaging clinician who is excited to connect with young clients and support their families.
Weekday availability after 3:00 p.m. and weekend availability are required to meet the demand for after-school and weekend appointments.

$34 per clinical hour and $22 per administrative hour.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support treatment goals.
- Use developmentally appropriate interventions, including play-based activities and coping skills.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in clinical supervision and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Active California BBS associate registration as an AMFT, ASW, or APCC.
- Strong interest in working with children, teens, and families.
- Weekday availability after 3:00 p.m. and weekend availability.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
- Openness to feedback, continued learning, and collaboration.
